For some units, they require a processing time meaning they are not yet ready to be posted out and needs to be prepped . Please acknowledge the processing time and shipping time are not the same. 
once  your unit has been processed it’ll then be shipped according to what shipping option you’ve chosen. 

Can I have express shipping ?
If you’re in need of an emergency unit / bundles or need it shipped ASAP please contact customer services via email with this enquire .  
Please note: express/ next day delivery orders can only be paid with PayPal including PayPal in 3 , PayPal credit or Bank card transaction.

It is assumed that you have read our terms and conditions , store policy and returns and refunds. We do not, and cannot cover any costs for lost or damaged packages due to the courier . Furthermore ,If you make a false claim against THESLAYAGEUK in which details have already been stated on our website this can be held against you in any dispute ,court or case.

Once your unit has been created and given to our shipping courier: 

All “ FREE UK DELIVERY” orders are shipped with: Signed & Tracked delivery : 2- 5 Working days 

Next day : 1 Working day. MUST BE PURCHASED before 12pm.

International delivery: 5-7 working days.

All slayage units are 100% Virgin or Raw human hair This has been tested and done so Yes,  the hair can be bleached and dyed. However, overbleaching or using the wrong chemicals or amount on the hair can damage it. We advise you seek professional help if not knowing how to do so.

No. you do not have to claim the free installation straight away. However, when you are ready to do so, the wig cannot be worn or tempered with and MUST be from Theslayageuk. This will be checked beforehand. 

There are so many types of wigs , styles and colours to be done! if you cannot find the wig you would like on our website , give us an email specifying what type of wig you would like. With a professional hair colourist and stylist we'll be sure to reach your needs!

what do the wigs come with? 
Our wigs come pre-plucked , bleached knots, styled and occasionally added baby hairs if requested. You can also claim a free wig installation with your purchase.Please note in the notes section if you would like some of these services removed.
