What is Processing time?
Our standard processing time is 7-10Working days before shipment. It may be processed faster!
For some units, they require a processing time meaning they need to be styled and prepped. Please acknowledge the processing time and shipping time are not the same. Once your unit has been processed it’ll then be shipped according to what shipping option you’ve chosen.
Can I have express / Next day shipping ?
If you’re in need of an emergency unit / bundles or need it shipped ASAP please contact customer services via email or whatsapp with this enquire regarding the unit you would like.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any hair extensions or wigs.
Hair extensions and wigs are hygiene-sensitive items. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it has not been worn, altered, or exposed to conditions that would make it unsuitable for resale. For the safety and protection of all customers, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Please ensure that you carefully review your order (including texture, length, color, and style) before completing your purchase. If you have questions or need assistance before ordering, we encourage you to contact us—we are happy to help you make the best choice.
We do not, and cannot cover any costs for lost or damaged packages due to the courier. Furthermore ,If you make a false claim against THESLAYAGEUK in which details have already been stated on our website this can be held against you in any dispute ,court or case.
Shipping time frames.
Once your unit has been processed and given to our shipping courier:
- All 'FREE UK SHIPPING' option: Royal Mail signed and tracked delivery 2-5 Working days.
- Next day UK delivery: Unless readily available on the site for next day. Next day units must be approved for next day delivery and purchased before 12pm the day before. Shipping is : 24hrs - 1 working day delivery.
- International Shipping : DHL 5-10 working days delivery. If unsure if we deliver to your country please feel free to message us via the chat-box or send an email..
Can the wigs be dyed and bleached ?
All slayage units are 100% Virgin or Raw human hair This has been tested and done so Yes, the hair can be bleached and dyed. However, overbleaching or using the wrong chemicals or amount to the hair can damage it. We advise you seek professional help if not knowing how to do so.
Can I get a custom unit made?
There are so many types of wigs , styles and colours to be done! if you cannot find the wig you would like on our website , give us an email specifying what type of wig you would like. With a professional hair colourist and stylist we'll be sure to reach your needs and create your desired and custom unit.
Do I have to get a certain type of hair?
Our virgin and raw hair is sourced from one of the best hair origins ! Check out our :

What do the wigs come with?
Our wigs come pre-plucked , bleached knots, styled and occasionally added baby hairs if requested. Also, with a few goodies added to your order!

What size are the wigs?
Our wigs are custom sewn. Available in SMALL,MEDIUM,LARGE & occasionally EXTRA-LARGE. If the option for sizing isn’t there, please note this down at checkout. They also come with an adjustable band for extra security along with combs & some even coming with two bands! Some of our units do require for you to choose what Option size cap you would like so please ensure you choose the right size.
