Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons  you must return your product within 7 Days after receiving in order to receive a refund.
It must be in the same exact condition with all packaging given. If approved your  refund will then be processed within 7-14 Working days once we’ve thoroughly assessed your order. 

We DO NOT offer any refund or exchanges for :

if you simply don’t like or think the unit suits you.

• if you no longer need the unit .

• if you ordered the wrong thing.

• if the package has been lost or stolen due to shipping services. As once shipped your item is no longer in our hands or responsibility.  

• If once shipped on time according to our shipping policy & the shipping company take long to ship out your order. As this is our of our hands and we had followed the correct steps on our side making theslayageuk not at fault 

We DO offer refunds or exchanges if : 

Your order came damaged.

• if you received the wrong order and now no longer need a unit. 

If you believe the hair isn’t of good quality. 

• If you believe the hair has customisation issues. 

If you believe one of these options apply to you, you may contact customer services with your request and which option you believe you fall into. An assessment will be made and a decision will be made as to whether a refund , exchange or alternative option can be made.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct with ALL details when placing your order. No refunds or replacements shall be given due to incorrect addresses.

To make sure that we are delivering to the right person/address a signature upon arrival of the package will be needed at the door. If you are not in or unable to sign for your package this will result in it to unfortunately be sent back to your local depot and will no longer be in the companies hands.
