Shipping policy

Our standard Processing time is 7-10Working days before shipment. It may be processed faster! even next day !

Why is there a processing time and what is it ?

For some units, they require a processing time meaning they are not yet ready to be posted out and needs to be prepped , styled and more. Please acknowledge the processing time and shipping time are not the same. 
Once  your unit has been processed it’ll then be shipped according to what shipping option you’ve chosen. 

Desired date 
please ensure to send us an email if you have a desired date for your order. this is to avoid any disappointment. A customer service rep will be able to let you know if this can be achieved. 


Royal Mail:

For international shipping please allow 5-10 working days.

For Standard UK shipping 2-5 working days. 

For Emergency , express / next day shipping please email us.

Unfortunately we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to Royal Mail services as it is out of our control once posted out with all tracking details.

Custom fees and import taxes ? 

Majority of the time there are no customs fee and import taxes when shipping out orders.  However , in some cases, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs and its rules. As each country varies in their shipping policies unfortunately theSlayageuk do not have control over how long customs hold a package.
Furthermore, TheSlayage is not responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges once your order has been shipped out as this may vary depending on your country and its rules with receiving packages.
